Is This The Role You've Been Waiting For?

In this role, you'll be the front and center of our clinic, working directly with our patients and their dedicated clinicians. As the initial point of contact, you're the welcoming face that sets the tone for their entire experience, assuring them they've made the right choice entrusting us with their healthcare needs.

The successful candidate will have a vital administrative role, catering to the needs of our existing, prospective, and returning patients. Your goal is to ensure they not only achieve their health objectives but also encounter an exceptional, WOW-level service throughout their journey.

Additionally, your role will involve assisting patients over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available, offering flexibility to suit your preferences. Join us and be the cornerstone of our patients' positive healthcare experience.

Tasks That You'll Need To Perform

  • Be able to hold empathetic conversations with prospective patients in person and occasionally over the phone for up to 20 minutes.

  • Ensure that all patients feel warmly welcomed and remembered, and that they enjoy interacting with you.

  • Be capable of answering all questions asked by patients with authority, in a way that increases the likelihood of the patient booking an appropriate appointment and reaching their goals.

  • Possess the ability to quickly learn the necessary skills.

  • Demonstrate efficiency in task execution.

  • Exhibit the capability to organise your schedule and that of the clinicians in an efficient manner.

  • Pay meticulous attention to detail.

  • Show dogged persistence and determination to see tasks through to completion.

  • Be proactive when the situation calls for it.

  • Be attentive to unspoken needs of both patients and colleagues.

  • Be adaptable and resourceful when things don't go as expected.

  • Have computer literacy and a willingness to learn new IT-based and other skills.
